For my contribution I used the brewers best red ale kit and added 2 additional oz. of hops. I will add specific ingrediants and the hop addition schedule this evening.
Enjoy!

This beer is a beauty and it is tasty to boot! Good decision adding those extra hops. Thanks for sharing this beer.

Delicious brew. Very well balanced and easy drinking. Finding that malt to hop balance in an American Amber can be tough, but I think you nailed it. What hops were used and when were they added?

This was good -- I also agree that the hop addition was a good move, as I tend to find regular reds a tad boring. This one seems really sessionable to me. Great balance!

I have to admit, this was not my first time enjoying this beer, I was luck enough to get some from the brewer earlier. It's one of my favorites though, really well done. Good work buddy!

Tastes pretty similar to #15 from what I remember - a red ale that I brewed with a friend - although our recipe used Willamette hops and is slightly less bitter. I'd have to try them side by side to be sure, but I guess that means we did alright, since #9 is great. Thanks.
